Some people weave burlap into the fabric of our lives, and some weave gold thread.
Both contribute to make the whole picture beautiful and unique. - Anonymous

During my genealogical research, I gather many old family photos which are helpful and interesting to the family.  I will be adding some of them here for you to share.  Click on the small photo to go to a larger version of the picture.
(If you have any family photos you'd like to share, I'd love to have them. Just send them to me here.)

 THE ROUSH FAMILY?

The following photographs (some tintypes) are in the possession of a descendant of Henry ROUSH and wife Elizabeth MOREHEAD, thru their son William Henry ROUSH and wife Sarah Anna OSMUN, and grandson Joseph Franklin ROUSH and wife Martha Ellen SHANABARGER.

Joseph and Martha had only one child, a daughter Lessie Myrtle ROUSH.  These photographs were in her possession and passed on to her granddaughter.  Many of the photos are of men, some with families.  Since Martha had only sisters, we believe that these photos must be of Joseph's ROUSH line.

Please contact me via e-mail if you can help us identify these photos.
