Know all men by these Presents, that We,
John C Raby & Squire Raby
Are held and firmly bound to NEWTON CANNON, governor of the
State of Tennessee, and his successors in office, in the sum of Twelve
Hundred
and fifty dollars, to be void on condition that there is no lawful
cause to prevent a
Marriage from being solemnized in the county of Knox between
John C. Raby and Joanna Nave.
