"This "headstone" doesn't look that unusual -- however please keep in
mind that the grave itself is above ground.  The photo is taken from 
the foot of what looks like a double bed made of marble.

"It becomes very interesting when one is informed that it is the grave of
the King of Gypsies here in Los Angeles.  (As a native, before finding
this grave I didn't even know we Angelinos had our own gypsies!).  
The grave can be found in Inglewood Cemetery, Inglewood, California."

"A groundskeeper informed me that not only are the past King and 
Queen buried at Inglewood that the current King and Queen  have already built a personal memorial at the cemetery. 
   Apparently many other gypsy families are buried there as well."
