2. Henry2 Williamson (Abraham1) was born in North Carolina or Virginia? 1789. Most census' say N.C., some say Virginia. Katherine Duthorn has bd. as 1788. Henry died after 1860 in probably Wayne Co.,IL.. Henry's son Patrick's biographical sketch states that Henry was born in North Carolina and died in Jefferson County, Illinois. His body was interred after 1860 in Farnsworth Cem., Jefferson Co?, Il.. No tombstone has been found.
He married twice. He married Nancy Nothen in TN?, 1810. No record has been found.
Nancy was born in Nc/tn 1790. Nancy died before 1834 in Wayne Co.,IL.. Nancy may have died as early as 1830. The
1830 Wayne Co.,IL. census shows two entries for a Henry Williamson as head-of-house. On one it shows a female aged 40-50, but she is not on
the second entry. It is said that Nancy & Henry married in Tennessee, possibly Sumner Co. But I have found no record anywhere. Patrick
Williamson's Biographical Sketch says his parents were Henry & Nancy Nothen Williamson and that they had nine children.
He married Elizabeth Hansbrough in Hamilton Co., Il., August 17, 1834.(746) Notes from Katherine Duthorn say Henry was 46 & Elizabeth was 20 when
they married.
Elizabeth was born in Kentucky or Virginia 1814. She was the daughter of John Hansbrough and Sarah M.
Unknown. Elizabeth died after 1860 in Illinois.
Henry was listed as the head of a family on the 1830 Census in Wayne Co.,Illinois.(747) Henry was listed as the head of a family on the 1840 Census in Wayne
Co.,IL..(748) Henry was listed as the head
of a family on the 1850 Census in Wayne Co.,IL..(749) There is a Jarvis Williamson in Wayne Co.,IL 1850 Census b.1794 VA. who is probably a
brother of Henry Sr. Henry's children & Jarvis' children have similar names and interact with each other.
Henry was listed as the head of a family on the 1860 Census in T2S,R4E, Webber Twp.,Jefferson Co.,IL..(750) Henry Williamson Sr. was in Wayne Co.,IL. by 1830, where he appears on 2
different pages as head-of-household. I believe that it is the same Henry because his age does not vary, however the household members do. I
belive at least one of his sons moved his family into the household when Henry's wife died. The first page lists a female aged 40-50, who is
not on the second page. But a male and female aged 30-40 both appear on the second page. Four extra males appear from ages 5-15, but four
females disappear. These might be entirely different families, if so I do not know where the unknown Henry's family went.
Henry Williamson and Nancy Nothen had the following children:
Henry Williamson and Elizabeth Hansbrough had the following children:

Malinda Williamson was born in Wayne Co.,IL. February 2, 1837. Katherine Duthorn has birthdate as
Feb.7,1841 Wayne Co.,IL. Obit has it as Feb.7,1837 Marion Co.,IL. Since her father Henry was in Wayne Co.,IL. census 1840, 50, 60, I believe
Wayne Co.,IL. is correct. Malinda died December 28, 1936 in Alma, Marion Co., Il., at 99 years of age.(753) Malinda Williamson Green's obituary was published in the Kinmundy
Express - Thursday January 7,1937 MALINDA GREEN DIES NEAR ALMA; LACKS A FEW DAYS OF BEING A CENTENARIAN.. Malinda Green was born February
7,1837 in Marion Co.,Il and entered into rest December 28,1936 at the age of 99 yrs.10 mo. and 21 days. At the early age of 16, she
professed faith in Christ and joined the Hickory Hill Church, and later moved her membership to Givens Chapel Church. In 1853 she was united
in marriage to Wilson Y. Donoho, who has preceded her in death. Later, she was married to Leonard Beck, who has also preceded her in death.
In 1891, she was married to James Green, who has preceded her in death. Thirteen children came to bless this happy mother. Nine children
preceded her in death. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Martha Green, of Dixon, Illinois; Mrs. Lucinda Weems of Xenia, Illinois; Mrs.
Levina Albert of Salem,Illinois; and Mrs. Parthena Clark of Kell, Illinois. She had 51 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, other
relatives and a host of friends. At the time of her death, she was at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Levina Albert. All the medical skill
and tender loving hands could do was of no avail. She bore her intense suffering with patience. Her faith was firm to the end and her
submission to the will of God complete for she was sustained by an unfaltering faith in her Savior whose presence gave her comfort. The
death angel appeared early last Monday morning and took her spirit back to God who gave it. We call it death but to her 'tis life evermore.
We feel that our loss is Heaven's gain. We cannot Understand nor lift the veil God lowered o'er the deep and gently waved it to and fro and
lulled you into restful sleep. But when we break the thread of life, the veil for us will slowly rise, we'll know and fully understand and
join our love ones in the skies'. The funeral services were conducted from the home, west of Alma, Wednesday morning, December 30, at 10
o'clock, Rev. Donoho, officiating. Interment was made east of Kell.
