4. William⁴ Baker (John Hannibal³, William Jr.capt.², William Sr.¹) was born in Served In Company F 97 Th Indiana Volunteers. Seenote:spouses August 12, 1836. William died March 13, 1911 in Old Bethel Cemetery Stevenson, Township, at 74 years of age.

He married twice. He married Sarah Jane Mary Cooksey in Owen County, Indiana, September 7, 1856. Sarah was born in Indiana January 1, 1840. She was the daughter of Vincent Cooksey and Sarah Simpkins. Sarah died January 8, 1896 in Old Bethel Cemetery, Stevenson Township, at 56 years of age. He married Emeretta Keele Myers in Marion County, Illinois, February 16, 1897. Emeretta was born in Marion County, Illinois July 2, 1867.

William Baker and Sarah Jane Mary Cooksey had the following child:
