2. William Eugene² Dutton (Frank¹) was born in Salem, Marion Co., Il May 12, 1959. William died July 8, 1986 in Breeze, Clinton Co., Il, at 27 years of age.

He married twice. He married Sheila Burtz 1980.

William Eugene Dutton and Melva Lee Anspach had the following child:
