She married John Oscar Anspach in Iuka Township, Marion County, Illinois, September 18, 1927.(1025) John was born in Massilon Township, Wayne County, Illinois March 18, 1904. He was the son of Calvin Anspach and Margaret Ann Foster. John died March 19, 1969 in Iuka, Marion County, Illinois, at 65 years of age. His body was interred 1969 in Snow Hill Cemetary, Iuka Township, Marion County, Illinois. John's occupation: laborer on road crew /farmer in Illinois, 1921. WPA/Illinois Dept. of Labor. Sunday, December 28, 1975 Centralia Sentinel - EFFIE ANSPACH Iuka- Effie Mae Anspach, 72, of Iuka, died Friday at 8:40 p.m. at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield. She was born in Romine Township, daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Michaels) Williamson. In 1929, she married John O. Anspach in Romine Township, and he died in 1969. Survivors include four sons, Charles and Glen of Salem and Joseph and Larry of Rock Falls; Three daughters, Mildred Sinclair of Salem, Alma Courson of Iuka and Helen Hodge of Centralia; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Anspach was a member of Snow Hill General Baptist Church, where funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Boswell-Bowman Funeral Home in Salem from 6 to 9 p.m. today.
