1. James Franklin1 Ream was born in New Stark, Van Buren Twp., Hancock Co., Oh. June 1, 1874. James died September 4, 1940 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 66 years of age.

He married Lillian Mae Anspach in Hardin Co., OH., February 10, 1904. Lillian was born in Ada, Hardin Co., Oh. September 8, 1883. She was the daughter of Samuel M. Anspach and Mary Magdalena Long. Lillian died May 4, 1953 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 69 years of age. JAMES FRANKLIN REAM James Franklin Ream, 918 McKinley-st, Belmont-addn, died at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial hospital following a three years illness. Ream, a resident of Lima for the past 28 years, was born June 1, 1874, at New Stark. He was member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ. Surviving are his wife, Lillian; four daughters, Mrs. Anna (sic) McDonald of Belmont-addn, Mrs. Donna Mae (sic) Terflinger of N. Sugar-st, Mrs. Lucille Shoemaker of 1253 Adams-st, Miss Cecil Ream at home; two sons, Willis of 814 N. Union-st and Tellus at home; three brothers, Marion of Dunkirk, Sam of Williamstown and Elihu of Ada; two sisters, Mrs. Ada Kimble of Williamstown and Mrs. Lydia Glasco of Lafayette; and seven grandchildren. Funeral arrangements, in charge of the Bowersock and Chiles funeral home, are incomplete. The body will be removed to the home of his daughter, Mrs. Terflinger, N. Sugar-st, Thursday evening. TELLUS REAM Services for Tellus (Teddy) Ream, 66, of 1213 N. Sugar will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Chiles and Sons-Laman West Wayne Street Chapel, Rev. Earl Walker officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Ream died 5:30 a.m. today in Orient State Hospital, Orient, from natural causes. Born Nov. 1, 1904, in Hardin County, he was the son of James Franklin and Lillian Mae Anspach Ream. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Lester (Anna Belle) McDonald of 1432 Stewart Rd., Mrs. Ray (Donna Mae) Terflinger of 1213 N. Sugar and Mrs. Ranford (Cecile) Benedum of Perrysburg; and a brother, Willis S. of Troy. He was a member of (The) Reorganized Church of (Jesus Christ of) Latter Day Saints. child 4 iii. Myrtle Annabelle Ream was born in Lima, Allen Co., OH. July 28, 1912. Myrtle died May 26, 1983 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 70 years of age. She married twice. She married Lester L. Mcdonald June 18, 1933. Lester was born in Auglaize Co., Oh. January 30, 1913. Lester died September 30, 1980 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 67 years of age. (See Lester L. ANNA BELLE BORMAN Anna Belle Ream McDonald Borman, 70, of 1503 Findlay Road died at 5:37 p.m. Thursday at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born July 28, 1912, in Lima, the daughter of James Franklin and Lillian Mae Anspach Ream. She married Lester L. McDonald, who died Sept. 30, 1980. On Jan. 8, 1983, she married LeRoy D. (Bill) Borman, who survives. Mrs. Borman was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints, Senior Citizens and Bath Thowship Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors also include three sons, Raymond McDonald and John A. McDonald, both of Lima, and James Arthur McDonald of Wapakoneta; a daughter, Mrs. Dean (Betty) Plaugher of Cairo; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Donna Mae) Terflinger and Mrs. Ranford (Cecile) Benedum, both of Lima. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Wayne Street Chapel of Chiles and Sons-Laman, Elder Paul Telljohann officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. child 5 iv. Pearl Donnamae Ream was born in Lima, Allen Co., OH. March 1, 1914. Pearl died September 1, 1985 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 71 years of age. She married twice. She married Lonnie Freytag ABT. 1985. She married Ray Terflinger January 16, 1935. Ray was born October 30, 1910. Ray died January 23, 1972 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 61 years of age. (See Ray Terflinger for the continuation of this line.) DONNA MAE TERFLINGER Donna Mae Terflinger, 71, of 645 N. Elizabeth St., died at 5:45 p.m. Sunday at her residence. She was born March 1, 1914, in Lima, the daughter of Frank and Lillian Anspach Ream. She married Ray Terflinger, who died Jan. 1, 1972. She married Lonnie Freytag, who survives. Mrs. Terflinger was employed by D.W.G. Cigar and Mealtime Restaurant. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was known as the neighborhood grandma. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Cllifton (Mary Alice) Kilgroe Jr. of Lima; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Florence Cecile Benedam (sic) Golden of Lima. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, Paul Telljohann officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. child 6 v. Florence Cecil Ream was born in Lima, Allen Co., OH. July 19, 1921. Florence died July 15, 1989 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 67 years of age. She married twice. She married Ranford Joseph Benedum in Lima, Allen Co., OH., February 21, 1943. Ranford was born March 24, 1910. Ranford died May 31, 1977 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 67 years of age. RANFORD J. BENEDUM Ranford J. Benedum, 67, of 2080 Sara Lee, died Tuesday at 8 p.m. in Lima Memorial Hospital. Born in Allen County March 2, 1910, he was the son of Charles and Lettia Price Benedum. His wife, Florence Cecile Ream Benedum survives. He is sirvived by two brothers, Rollie Benedum of 612 N. Jackson and Obediah Benedum of New Orleans; and two sisters, Florence Ream of 1521 Reservoir Rd. and Shirley Neff of Tacoma, Wash. He was a retired employe (sic) of Airco Inc. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Chiles and Sons-Laman West Wayne Street Chapel, Paul Telljohann officiating. Burial will be in Allentown Cemetery. Benedum Golden, 67, of Lima, died at 7 a.m. Saturday at her home. She was born July 19, 1921, in Lima, the daughter of Frank and Lillian Anspach Ream. On April 25, 1985, she married Charles E. Golden, who survives. Mrs. Golden was a former employee of the DWG Cigar factory. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Survivors also include a stepson, Dougals E. Golden of Lima; a stepdaughter, Tanya Jones of Ada; and six grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Burial will be in Allentown Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Chiles and Sons-Laman West Wayne Street Chapel. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church. child 7 vi. Lillian Lucille Ream was born in Lima, Allen Co., OH. July 19, 1921. Lillian died April 5, 1969 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 47 years of age. She married Carl C. Shoemaker September 9, 1939. Carl was born September 5, 1915. Carl died April 2, 1993 in Lima, Allen Co., OH., at 77 years of age. (See Carl C. Shoemaker for the continuation of this line.) LUCILLE SHOEMAKER Mrs. Lucille Shoemaker, 47, of 711 E. Elm died 11:45 p.m. Saturday in St. Rita's Hospital after an extended illness. Born in Allen County July 19, 1921, she was the daughter of Frank and Lillian Anspaugh (sic) Ream. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Surviving are her husband, Carl; two sons, Larry and Michael, both at home; one daughter, Sheri (sic), at home; two brothers, Tullis (sic) of Orient and W. S. of Troy and three sisters, mrs. Lester (Anna Belle) McDonald of 1432 Stewart, Mrs. Ray (Donna Mae) Terflinger of 1213 N. Sugar and Mrs. Ranford (Cecile) Benedum of Perrysburg.
