2. Joseph W.² Porter (Stephen D.¹) was born 1887. Joseph died 1924 in IL.. His body was interred 1924 in Snow Hill Cem., Iuka Twp., Marion Co.,IL..⁽⁸⁵⁵⁾

He married Daisy M. Thompson after 1904. Daisy was born 1888. Daisy died 1957 in Marion Co.,IL.. Her body was interred 1957 in Snow Hill Cem., Iuka Twp., Marion Co.,IL..(856) Harold Boyles has listed Stephen D. & Celia Porter as the parents of all the Porter men buried at Snow Hill Cemetery. But the birth dates range from 1850 (Harmon Porter) to 1887 (Joseph W. Porter) and Celia would have been 63 when she gave birth. so unless there was another Stephen D. or a second wife, I doubt these were Joseph's parents.

3 i. Cora Alice³ Porter was born in Marion Co.,IL. April 29, 1912. Cora died May 3, 1914 in Marion Co.,IL., at 2 years of age. Snow Hill Cem., Section 31, Iuka Twp., Marion Co.,IL. PORTER, Cora Alice - Apr. 29, 1912-May 3, 1914 D - Joseph W. Porter & Daisy M.

4 ii. Celia Erma Porter was born in Marion Co.,IL. July 16, 1913. Celia died May 3, 1914 in Marion Co.,IL., at less than one year of age.⁽⁸⁵⁷⁾ Celia & sister Cora died on the same day and are buried side by side at Snow Hill Cemetery in Section 31, Iuka Twp., Marion Co.,IL.

5 iii. Hellen Mary Porter was born 1915. Hellen died August 28, 1940 in Illinois.⁽⁸⁵⁸⁾ Her body was interred after August 28, 1940 in Snow Hill Cem.,Iuka, Marion Co.,IL. She married Thomas G. Anspach in Marion Co.,IL., about 1934. Interviewed Donnie Anspach, their son, in 1995.

Tom was born in Wayne County, Illinois 1908. He was the son of Calvin Anspach and Margaret Ann Foster. He married Beulah Barrall in Marion Co?,IL., about 1944. Tom died 1969 in Centralia, Marion County, Illinois. His body was interred 1969 in Snow Hill Cemetary, Iuka Township, Marion County, Illinois. (See Thomas G.
