1. John Richard¹ Denton was born March 22, 1896. John died March 23, 1981 at 85 years of age.

John Richard Denton and Zelphia Lee White had the following children:

+ 2 i. Charley Stanley² Denton (still alive).

3 ii. Floris Bee Denton was born February 19, 1925. Floris died July 9, 1985 at 60 years of age. She married Jessie Wilson Roscoe May 20, 1944. (See Jessie Wilson Roscoe for the continuation of this line.)

4 iii. Johnie Lee Denton (still alive).
