Christian died July 22, 1839 in Reading Township, Perry County, OH., at 51 years of age. March 08, 1865 is the date Juanita gives, but I have that date for Johannes. His tombstone says 1839. I still think the July 22, 1839 date is correct. His body was interred after July 22, 1839 in New Reading Cem., Reading Twp.,Perry Co.,OH., New Reading.⁽¹⁰²⁾

He married Christina Overmyer in Fairfield County, Ohio, August 23, 1808.(103) Tena was born in East Buffalo Twp., Northumberland/Union Co., PA 1791. She was the daughter of Johan Peter Obermayer or Overmyer and Maria Eva Henig. She married George Swinehart in OH, 1842.⁽¹⁰⁴⁾ Tena died January 15, 1852 in OH. Her body was interred after January 15, 1852 in New Reading Cem., Reading Twp.,Perry Co.,OH., New Reading.⁽¹⁰⁵⁾
