Oct.8,1839. Solomon died April 17,1869 in Shelbyville,IN., at 29 years of age. His body was interred after April 17, 1869 in Gallagher or Hubbard Cem.,Shelby Co.,IN..

He married Ellen Leffler in Holland Twp.,Shelby Co.,IN., May 25, 1862. Ellen was born in possibly in Jasper Co.,IL. July 18, 1843. She was the daughter of Solomon Leffler and Sarah Doty. She married William E. Powell in Effingham,IL., September 12, 1872. Ellen died April 17,1924 in Riverton,IL., at 80 years of age. Her body was interred April 19, 1924 in Oak Hill Cem.,Riverton,IL, Oak Hill.

335 i. Mary Mahalie⁷ Anspach was born in Shelbyville,IL Feb.3,1863. Mary died Jan.03,1940 in Altamont,Effingham Co.,IL, at 76 years of age. She married Charles Holman Newburn in Effingham Co.,IL, May 10,1883.(272) Charles was born in Martinsville,IN May 23,1861. Charles died Sep.05,1938 in Altamont,Effingham Co.,IL, at 77 years of age. 336 ii. Emma Josephine Anspach was born in Shelbyville,IL Oct.5,1865. Emma died July 12,1938 in Springfield,IL, at 72 years of age. Her body was interred July 14,1938 in Calvery Cem.,Springfield, Sangamon Co.,IL, Calvery. She married twice. She married John Robert Bernds in IL, ca.1884. (See John Robert Bernds for the continuation of this line.) She married Daniel Cain in IL, after 1905. The family seems to have converted to Catholicism about the time of their daughter Sarah's marriage. Emma had nurses training and helped mid-wife, delivering 2 of her own step-sisters according to Anspachs & Lefflers by J. Goyke & J. Ryan.

337 iii. Albert Leslie Anspach was born in Shelbyville,IL. Oct.17,1866. He married Clara Jackson in Fayette Co.,IL., July 25, 1895.(273) Albert Anspach's last known address was Beecher City,Effingham Co., IL. on the back of an old letter dated 1893. Emma Anspach Bernds Cain had jotted the addresses of Charles Newburn, Beecher City - William Powell, Shumwa (Shumway?),IL - Albert Anspach, Beecher City,IL - all in Effingham Co.,IL.
