Mary Elizabeth BRADBEER's mother (Eliza DARE) comes frrom her birthcertificate and baptismal record.
There is little doubt now that Eliza(beth) DARE's father will remainunknown. On her marriage record (to Samuel BRADBEER) her father wasnot listed and on her baptismal record only her mother's name is givenas Elizabeth DARE, a spinster.
There is a record in the St Catherine's House Death Indexs for thedeath of Elizabeth BRADBEER of age 38 registered in Tiverton, Somersetin Q1, 1876 (Vol 5b, Pg 329). It is quite possible that this isEliza(beth) DARE as Samuel BRADBEER is living with Ann BRADBEER in the1881 Census, although I have not found a marriage of Samuel and Ann asyet.

[690] Cec died after an illness (large cell carcinoma) L. lung metastatic (5months duration). At 4pm on Friday 15-FEB-1985 he suffered a massivestroke and died at 1:30pm Saturday 16-FEB-1985.
[692] Cecil's funeral service was held at St. Stephens Uniting Church,Sussex St, Maryborough, QLD. He was cremated 18-FEB-1985 and his ashesintured in the Garden of Rest Cemetery with his grandson Robert LeslieHoward Wilson (No. 1190, Section 7).

In an undated letter, which was probably written around 1935 as sherefers to "that's a good one[ photograph] of you and the baby[Walter]", she writes "Mother, father and sister are dead so thingsare very different.".
In 1937 she writes "The gal bag of the liver is a terrible painfulthing. I had it removed about 12 years aggo [1925]. I used to be inawful agony for eight years before I got it done.". She goes on to saythat the operation cured her of the pain.
In her letter (3-APR-1951), Margaret YOUNG writes "Mum had two badstrokes a couple of years back and it paralized her right hand justabout all her fingers if it is very hot or the other way to cold shecan hardly hold a pen.".
And Madge lives at least to 73 years old (see Margaret YOUNG's letter1953). She also says "All mums brothers & sisters are dead. She is theonly one left [in 1953]".
[106] In her letter of 1937, Madge remarks that because there was no widowspension when Walter died in 1925, she cleaned the Carrington CouncilChambers "to keep the family - they were all young then".
