October 13-22, 1862, The company left (by orders) to report to Colonel (William Stephen) Walker at Pocotaligo, SC and encamped at McPhersonville, SC Oct. 22. The company (then under the command of 1st Lt. LeBleux) was ordered to the Coosawhatchie Bridge 11 miles, and assisted in repelling the enemy at that point. No casualties occurred. The Corps is now encamped near there.
