ELIZABETH, according to modern doctrine, suo jure BARONESS BURGHERSH daughter and heir by 1st wife, aged 27 at her father's death. She married, before December 1364, Edward DESPENSER [LORD LE DESPENSERI, who d. 11 November 1375. She died a widow, August 1409. Will, calling herself Elizabeth de Burghersh, Dame le Despencer, dated 4 July, and proved 10 August 1409.
