Crookwell Deaths The closing year also sees the termination of the career of two old residents here, viz, Mrs. B Stephenson and Mr. R. Plumb. The former lady was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. J. Warn, and has been many years resident here, and widely known and respected. She was buried in a vault on the ground of Mr. B Stephenson's homestead where one of her little ones has been buried. A very large muster of relatives and friends followed her remains to their last resting place. The Rev Mr. Dunlop performing the funeral obsequies.

Hannah married Benjamin Stephenson, son of William Stephenson and Mary L'Andres, on 24 Jan 1851 in Goulburn, Argyle County, New South Wales. (Benjamin Stephenson was born on 14 Jan 1824 in Castlereagh, Cumberland County, New South Wales ², christened on 26 Dec 1824 in Castlereagh, Cumberland County, New South Wales, died on 4 May 1883 in Crookwell, King County, New South Wales ² and was buried in Bareena Cemetery, King County, New South Wales.) The cause of his death was sanguineous apoplexy.
