William Arthur and Annie Elizabeth Kimble Die Few Hours Apart

William Arthur Kimble, 74 and Elizabeth (Leighty) Kimble parents of State Senator Robert Kimble died this morning.
Mr. Kimble died at 1:18 a.m. and Mrs. Kimble died of a heart attack yesterday and died at 4:50 a.m. at their Boulevard Hotel apartment.
Mr. Kimble was a son of the late Robert Kimble and Alice Kimble of Williamsport Md. He and Mrs. Kimble were married November 24, 1889.
Children surviving are Mrs. Albert Filrx, Mich.: William Z. North Branch and Guy S. Newburgh N.Y.: two sisters Mrs Paul Harbaugh and Orpha Nutter, both of X, Eight grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Kimble began driving mules on the C. and O. Canal when seven years old and was employed on the Rail Road until it was closed in the twenties. He resided at North Branch from 1918 until last year when he and Mrs. Kimble moved to Cumberland. He was a leader in the North section and was a member of the I.O.O.F. at Williamsport. Mrs. Kimble was a daughter of Henry and Rebecca Leighty.
Her surviving children are Mrs. William Twigg R.D., a brother Jacob Leighty, Little Orleans. She was a member of the sisters of Rebekah at Williamsport.
The bodies will remain at the funeral Home until 1 p.m. when they will be taken to the Memorial Methodist Church. Services will be conducted at by The Rev. Louis P. Chasiain and the Rev. George E. pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
