Burdock c.20 July 1929 fm Elk Garden (57r) -pastor of NEthken Hill M.E. church in Elk Garden, 24 Aug 1929 (57t) -his last year engaged with the WFMA, having resigned fm the ME Conf. -died of a blood clot while recovering from surgery a week prior -intended to visit England and Scotland the summer of his death, since he had not been back since his emmigration (46a) -funeral services was held at a 1200-seat auditorium, Glory Camp Tabernacle, in Ridgeley, WV, which was filled to capacity with many people standing. | |
