Drys Find Wine and Women,
but Silent on Song

Women, wine, Scotch and moonshine were found by prohibition agents visiting Anthony Santuella, 1018½ South Olive street, Chief Field Agent Wynkoop reported yesterday. Santuella was arrested charged with possession and sale.
Prohibition agents reported they found two 100-gallon stills, ten cases of liquor and 2000 gallons of mash in a raid at 3339 Wisconsin avenue, Magnolia Park. They arrested Alex Bridge, who, they said, tried to escape through a trapdoor in a closet.
Bridge, they declared, had a complete bottling outfit, labels and government seals, the asserted product being put out as Bourbon.
Joseph Liberta was arrested on a possession charge at 1733 East Twenty-first street. Prohibition agents reported they found 100 gallons of moonshine in barrels.
