'Miracle Man' in Custody on Liquor Charge

Jack R. Fulcher, 2628 Redondo Boulevard, was making three quarts where there was but one before, John Wynkoop, chief field agent of the United States prohibition forces, reported yesterday, following his arrest in a reported residential liquor mixing and bottling works.
From a coupe and the house officers declare, they rescued two gallons of fine rare bourbon that was being used as the basis for manufacture of a decidedly poorer grade of beverage that consisted mainly of beautiful labels, expensive appearing bottles, some alcohol and moonshine.
They also reported the seizure of twenty-five gallons of alcohol and five gallons of moonshine. Fulcher was arraigned before United States Commissioner Head and his bond was set at $2000.
Co-operating with the police, Federal officers also arrested Mrs. A. N. Blanchard, 321 West Temple street, on a charge of selling liquor. She was taken to Police Court.
