Joseph Ebright, a witness in the Zell-Wynkoop-Kiehl poisoning case, was arrested on Monday upon information, made before Justice Green, on a charge of perjury, at the instance of a prominent citizen. Ebright was committed to jail. Great stress was laid upon the testimony of this man during the trial by the counsel for the defence. "The mills of the Gods grind slowly, but they grind exceeding fine." Joe was admitted to bail on Tuesday.--Herald.
