ants in Union Station Case.
_____

Mary E. Wynkoop yesterday filed a suit for $20,000 damages in the District Supreme Court against the New York Continental Jewel Filtration Company and the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company.
The plaintiff alleges that her property, 413 New Jersey avenue southeast, has been depreciated in value and its reasonable use impaired by the action of the filtration company in erecting and maintaining on lots owned by the railroad, steam shovels, mixing machines, engine-houses, and other machinery. The lots are in the same square in which the plaintiff lives. This machinery, used in connection with the tunnel to the union station, the plaintiff avers, blocks the alleyway to her house and interferes with the ingress and egress to her residence. Noxious odors and large quantities of smoke are also made the subject of complaint.
