This is written to my great great grandmother Amanda Stroud Bolar Rigney, Frank is
my great great Grandfather, John Franklin "Frank" Rigney. I'm still a bit confused
about how it's written however. The only Mahala I know of in the family that
lived in Waynesburg, KY was Mahala Jane Sims, a younger sister of Frank's.
