Rigney. I'm almost positive is is from Sallie Rigney, wife of Joab Rigney, Jr.
According to Joab Rigney's pension file his wife's name was Sallie and their
home address was Joyce, Casey County, Kentucky. This is very strong proof that
George T. Rigney, the father of John Frank Rigney, is in fact the brother of Joab
Rigney, Jr. and they both were the sons of Joab and Anna Godbey Rigney, Sr. |
