Mr. Frank Rigney
Stanford, KY
*This was written to John Franklin "Frank" Rigney, son of George T. Rigney and Mahala Jones Rigney, husband of Amanda Stroud Bolar Rigney.  I don't know the date of this postcard, but the copyright date on it is 1910.

My information on the connection between the Hutchison and Rigney families is limited. John Franklin"Frank"  Rigney's younger sister, Mary Ann Elizabeth Rigney married Robert Hutchison Dec. 8, 1872, Robert remarried again Dec. 27, 1888.

The 1880 Lincoln County, Kentucky census lists Robert age 29, Mary age 30, William F. age 3 and Perrelda age 1.

The Lincoln Co., KY census lists Robert Hutchison with his second wife Sallie, married 11 years with the following children: Amanda age 17, James age 15, Flory (?) age 9, Lillian B. age 6, Josie L age 3 and Bessie C age 2. The oldest two children William, is in his own house with his wife Lucy and son Herman, age 1. I have not found Perrelda yet. There is also a daughter, Mary age 12, living with her Aunt and Uncle John Franklin "Frank" Rigney and his wife Amanda Stroud Bolar Rigney and their son and his wife, William H. and Mariah Underwood Rigney.

I believe the J on this card was Franks nephew, James Hutchison,
Frank died July 21, 1922, so that gives an aprox date between 1910-1922.
