George O. Russell Springfield -- George O. Russell, 75, of Springfield died Friday at Harrodsburg Health Care Center. Born December 25, 1927, in Washington County, he was the son of the late Johnny B. and Eula F. Coyle Russell. He was a retired electrician, a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church where he was a deacon, and an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was the widower of Doris Gordon Russell. Survivors include four brothers. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Beech Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Daniel Wilson. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation is before the service today. |
