In dei nomine Amen the xvijth daye of February Anno dni 1567 I Thomas Blysarde of Laberton in the prishe of Bucklonde in the Countye of Glouc and dioces of the same sumwhat sicke in bodye, but thanks be to god in good and perfett remembrannce make and ordeyne my laste will and testament in manner and forme folowynge: fyrst I bequethe my soule to almightye God, my savyor and redeemer by whose deathe and passion I trust to be saved and nonn otherwise. And my bodye to be buryed in the churche yarde of Bucklonde aforesayde, whereunto I am a paryshonor, when hit shall please god to call me. Item I gyve to every poore householder wythin the parrysh of Bucklonde ijd Item I give to every on of my Godchylderne iiijd. Item I gyve to the reparacion of the churche of Bucklonde xijd Item I gyve to every of my daughters Margeryes and Margarets Chylderne on ewe sheepe to be deliverid after sheartyme Item I gyve to my sonne William vli and vj sheepe. Item I gyve to my son Jhon vli and fower sheepe. Item I gyve to my daughter Elyzabethe vli. Item I gyve to my daughter Agnys vli. Item I gyve to my daughter Alice vli. Item I gyve to my Jone my daughter vli. Item I gyve to my fower daughters before rehersed the thyrde parte of my lynnyn peweter and brasse to be equally devyded Amonge them at the daye of marriage or twenty fower yeres of age. Item my will is that yf God do call any of them, that is Willić, Jhon, Elizabethe, Agnys, Alyce and Jone before the daye of theyer marry age or twentye fower yeres that then hys her or theyer parte or parts so decessyd shall remayne to the other of them then alyve. Item I gyve to my wyfe Eyzabethe my best bedd and all thynge thereto belongynge and fower poundes in mony or mony woorthe. The residewe of all my Goodes and Cattell movablle and unmovablle what so ever not gyven nor bequethed I gyve and bequeth to Elizabethe my wife and Thomas my sonne Equally in all thynges whom I make and ordeyne my full executors and they to performe my will pay my detts and legacyes and bring my Corpse honestly into the earthe. Further my will is that if eyther of my executors do not prforme in all partes and in every poynte this my last will Accordinge to equytye and ryghte or shall doe the other wronge in partynge or takynge the goodes or otherwise Concernyng this my last will that then he or shee so doynge wronge unto the other shall lose all suche goodes and cattell and what so ever ys dewe to hym or her by the vertu of executorshypp and thereof shalbe utterly voyde. And also my wyll ys that my two daughters Alyce and Jone shalbe brought up betweene Elizabethe and Thomas my two executors. Also I doe appoynte Thomas Fisher Thomas Warkeman Jhon Hale and Jhon Blyssarde to be overseaers unto thys my wyll to see hyt trulye performed to every of them for theyer paynes I gyve ijs Wytnessys Phylyp Screven Clarke Thomas Fishar and Jhon Blyssarde
