In the name of Gods Amen the Eleaventh daye of Januarie Anno dni 1631 I Robert Man of Dearehurste in the Countie of Gloucr yeoman sicke in bodie butt of good & prfect memorie laud & prayse begeven unto allmightie god, doe make & ordeyne this my last will & testament in manner and Forme followinge, That is to saie, Fyrste I comend my soule into the hands of god my maker hoopinge assuredlie through the merritts of Jesus Christ my Saviour to be made partaker of life everlastinge, And I Comend my bodie to the yearthe whereof yt was made: Item I geve and bequeathe unto Johan Fysher my daughter the wife of William Fysher of Weightfyeld Twelve pence in money to be paid her wthin one yeare after my decesse: And further my will is and I doe Appoynte Elinor my wiffe to give & bequeathe unto Edward Flowke Thomas Flowke Ann Flowke and Elizabeth Flowke John Flowks Children of Waulton my sonn in lawe eight pounds in money to be paid them wthin one yeare after her decease, and to be equallie devided betweene them / Item all the Reste of my goods and Chattelles moveable & unmoveable my debts and legacies paid my funeral exspences discharged I geive and bequeathe unto Elinor my wife whome I doe make my whole executrixe of this my last will and testamente:/ And I doe appoyt my welbeloved Frends in Christ John Flowke of Weightfyeld & John Flowke of Waulton to be my ovrseers to see this my last will & testament executed & prformed / In witnes hereof I the said Robert Man have here unto this my last will & testament putt my hand & seale the daye & yeare Fyrste above written
