It I geve and bequeth to the child that my wyffe is great wth at this prsente tyme in money vi li xiij s iiij d and his mother to paye the foresaid sum on money to the sayd child wheder hit is mane child or womane child at the age of xvjth yeres / and if hit happen that the child to departe out of this prsent world before he come to the age of xvjth yeres / then his mother to have the foresaid vj li xiij s iiij d / It I geve and bequeth for to bestowe Amoge the pore peopell xxxiij s iiij d / It I geve and bequeth to the Reparasyon of the churche of Derehurst ijs It I geve and bequeth to Elnor my servant xxs It all my goods moveabell and unmoveabell not bequeathed I geve to Jhon Heaynes and to Joane Heaynes my chyldren / whome I do make my wholle Executors and they to Reseve there goods at xvjth yeres of Age by evene porsyons  and if hit happen Ether Jhon or Joane to die before the be mard maryed then the goods to Remayne to the longer lyver of them bothe / and if hit happen to them bothe to departe pout of this prsente world before they be maryed / then there goods to Remayne to the yssue of Edward Heaynes Richard Heaynes Wyllyam Heaynes and Thomas Heaynes my bretherne / I doe put in trust to be ovrseers of this my last will & testament Wm Heaynes &  Richard Heaynes my bretherne / And them to see my ij chylldren to be well used and set to serves / and my overseeres to have ther goods in there kepeyng / and at there Discresyon to Delyver the goods to my ij chylldren at the Age of xvjth yeres
