In the name of God Amen I Mary Kent of Tirley alias Trinley in the County of Gloucester now wife of William Kent of Tirley alias Trinley in the County of Gloucester yeoman doe here make And ordaine and appoynt this my last will and testament in maner and forme following First and principally I commit and commend my soule to God who gave it hopeing to be saved by & through the meritts death and intersession of my savioure and redeemer Jesus Christ And my bodye unto the earth to be decently buried at the discressione of my friends And executor hereafter mentioned and as for my bonds or margadges and goodes I have At my disposing I dispose of them as followeth – Item I do give unto my kinswoman Mary Chandler and hur children the bonds of fiftye (50) pounds to be delivered to the said Mary Chandler or John Chandler for the use and bennifit of theyr children by the said Mary Chandler within or at the end of twelve months after my decease if so much shall or do remaine At my disposinge at my decease Item I do give allso to Mary Chandler the bed I use To ly uppone and one bolster and one pillow and one green blanket and one white blanket and one paire of flaxen sheets and one paire of hempun sheets and one flaxen bord cloath and one hollane pillow beare and three dishes of puter and one trunke and one goulde ring for the use of hur son John Chandler to be delivered within or at the end of 12 months after my decease if so much shall or do remaine at my disposing at my decease

Noate - Item for ye morgadge underwritten my executor shall take to it and paie 20 pounds for the same to Richard Pinnock and his wife for y^e use of theyr children.

Item I doe also give unto Elizabeth Pynocke and hur children the bonds of thirtye pounds to be delivered to the said Elizabeth Pinock or Richard Pinock for the use of theyr children by the said Elizabeth Pinock Item I doe give allso one margadge of twentye pounds sealled by Robert Finch of Wollsone in the Countie of Glossester toe Elizabeth Pinock and hur children which margadge is now in shute in Chacnery Item Allwaies provided that the saide Elizabeth Pynocke or Richard Pynocke or theyr children shall sattisfy and paie to my executor here after mencioned the wolle chardges And choste he shall be at in the lawe uppone the acounte of this margadge then my executor shall deliver the afore saide margadge to Elizabeth Pynock or Richard Pynock or theyr children (see not) Item provided thease bonds and margadge do remaine at my disposing at my decease Item but if it shall so fall oute that this margadge before mentioned shall be paied in or the monie due uppon the same recovered in my life time then my executor shall paie to the said Elizabeth Pynock or Richard Pynock so much of the twenti pounds as is over plushe when his lawe cost and charges shall be paied to him out of that twentie pounds Item I give one gould ring to James Pinock and one halfe dossun of napkins to Rachell Pynock and one paier of sheets to the said Rachell Pynock Item I do give my wearing aparell to Elizabeth Pynock and Mary Chandler to be divided between them as they shall think meet Item and my executor shall deliver these bonds or goods within or at the end of 12 months after my decease if so much shall or doe remaine at my disposing at my decease Item I doe give allso to my sister Constance Little one shillinge to be paide hur within 12 months after my decease Item I do allso five unto my kinsman Thomas Little one shilling to be paide him within 12 months after my decease.

Item as for all the rest of my bonds margadges and goods I have at my disposing I do give and bequeath unto my beloved husband William Kent whome I doe ordaine make and apoynte to be my sholle and solle executor of this my last will and testament my body to be buried and to deliver my bonds and goods acording to this my last will and testament In testimony where of I have here unto put my hand and seale this 28^th day of February 170¾
