This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Emerson of Barton Street near the City but in the County of Gloucester Widow. I Direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid first I give devise and bequeath unto my Son Henry Ireland all the money now in the Drawer in the Dressing Glass now in my bed room or that may be there at the time of my decease. And as to the rent that may be due to me at my decease And all the Rest Residue & Remainder of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath to my Son John Ireland to and for his own use and benefit And I appoint my said Son John Ireland Executor of this my Will.
