First I bequeth my Soll into the hands of Almyghty Godd / & my body to be buryed in the churcheyard of Derehurst aforesayd / AlsoI geve & bequeth unto Hugh my sonne one Oxe called Brodene[?] one Cowe called Clyrye[?] / one bay mare / Four bushells of barley & one yewe shepe / one shepehogg one Wayne & one per of wheles be bounde with the yoke & towes & the plough the share the Culter the harrowes & a grete pewter platter / also I will that Jone Hampton my wyff shall have the use of the said wayne the wheles the yokes & towes harrowes with all that belongith therto for the space of twoo yeres next after my decesse Also I geve unto Emott my daughter one yerelyng calfe one shepe one sylver spone / & one pewter dish / Also I geve unto Margery my daughter one Cawdern ij twoo shepe & one lande sowen with whete / Also I geve unto Margarete my daughter one panne one shepe & one lande sowen wt whete / Also I geve un to Elizab my daughter one shepe one pan one sawcer & one peyr of Shets / Also I will that if it happen any of my said children before named to decesse before they shall cõ to the yers of discretion & shall have theyr aforebequethed porcons to thm delyvred that then the longe lyvrs shall have and enjoy theyrr said prts or legacies before---- to be equally devyded among them so ovlyving / Also I geve & bequeth unto Katheryne my daughter in lawe my best Shepe of Sixtene / Also I geve & bequeth unto Jone my wyff my howse & my landes in Derehurste Walton aforesaid with all lands medowes lesnes[?] pasturs & comons of pasture thereunto belongyng with theyr apprtenncs To have and to hold the said howse & other the lands medowes lesnes[?] pasturs & comons aforesaid wt all theyrr apptenncs for the space of twoo yeres next after my decess / The Residue of all my goods & Catells unbequethed I geve & bequeth unto the said Jone my wyff whom I make myne Executrix of this my last will & testamt These being witnesses & ovrseers Richard Symons Ruchard Holder & Edw Netherway by thande of Thoms Franklyn Curat ther
