In the name of god amen. The xxiiij daye of Januarie in the
yeare of owr lorde god 1575 I Kathren Isard of Laberton in the prishe

beinge of perfet Remembrance doth macke constitute and ordayne this my
laste will and testament in manr
and forme foloinge. First I bequeth my soule unto my lord and saviour Jhesus
Christ by whose deathe and passion I truste to come to the selestiall Joyes
of heaven and my bodye to be buried in the churche yarde of Buckland when
it shall please god to call me. / Also I geve and bequeth unto the prishe
church of Buckland xij d to repare it wthall.
Also I geve and bequeth unto the chappell of Laberton xij d to Repair it
wthall/ Also I geve and bequeth
unto every pore cottegar of this prishe iiij d. / Also I geve and bequeth
unto everye one of my godchildren beinge unmarried iiij d Also I geve and
bequeth unto my daughter Kathren Vinch iiij Bushells of wheate and
iiij Bushells of Barlie my beste frock and my whyte peticote to chargers
on wollen apporn and my second smock. Also I geve and bequeth unto Richard
Blissard my soninlawes son iiij li on kowe to youes to whethers on
pare of hempen sheetes and on pare of flexon sheetes on bordcloth of hemp
and on coverled beinge blacke and red to be delivered at the eaige of xxj
yeares. / Also I geve and bequeth unto Maude my son Blissard
my soninlawes daughter on flockebed and on boster adobell canvas
thre pare of hempen sheets on bordcloth of hempe on towell of flexe on
charger on potengar on sawltseler on pott on pan to be delivered at the
eaige of xxj yeares or at the daye of her marridge. Also I geve and bequeth
unto Elizabeth Blissard my soninlawes daughter thre pare of hempen
sheets on dieper cloth for a tabell on towel of flexe on charger on potenger
on sawltseler on dobell canvas on pott on pan to be delivered at the eaige
of xxj yeares or at the daye of her marriage. Also I geve and bequeth unto
John Blissard my soninlawes sonne on kowe on pare of hempen
sheets and on tabell cloth of flexe to youes to whethers and on Dobell canvas
to be delivered at the eaige of xxj yeares. Also I geve and bequeth unto
Wm Blissard my soninlawes
sonne on good kowe a pare of hempen sheets a bordercloth of flexe on chelver
shipe to be delivered at the eaige of xxj yeares. Also I geve and bequeth
unto Nicholas Vinch Thomas Vinch Richard Vinch Frannces Vinch and
Elizabeth Vinch to every on of them a chilver shipe. Also I geve and
bequeth unto Kathren Klarcson a chilver shipe / Also I geve and
bequeth unto Ales Vinch on good youe and my second peticot.
/ Also my will is that yf any of my soninlawes John Blissard his
children should for fortune to deces before the come to their eaige
and time appointed that the legaces of them or ether of them to remaine
to the reste then livinge. The residue of all my goods and cattell quicke
or ded movabell or un movabell my detes and legaces payed and my funerall
discharged / I geve and bequeth unto John Blissard my soninlawe
whom I macke my soll Executor to performe this my laste will and testament
in all thinges accordinge to the true meaninge heirof. Also I praye Thomas
Mansell and John Haill to be my overseers unto this my last
will to see it performed in all thinges and for their paynes I geve and
