In The name of God Amen I Joseph Bradford of Chaceley als Chatisly in the County of Worcester yeoman doe here make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme followinge First and principally I committ and commend my Soul to God who gave it and my body to bee decently buryed at the discretion of my Friends and Executrix hereafter named and for my temporall estate that God hath lent me I dispose of it as followeth Ito I give and bequeath unto my kinsman Henry Little tenn pounds to be paid him at the death of Mary my wife or at the day of her marriage which shall first happen Ito I give and bequeath Hester Little my kinswoman all that my bed and bedstead with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging standing my backer chamber to be delivered to her when my wife removes out of the house wherein I now dwell or at the death of Mary my wife or at the day of her marryage which shall first happen Ito I give and bequeath to Thomas Little the younger of Elsfield the summe of tenn pounds to be paid him at the death of Mary my said wife or at her marriage which shall first happen Ito I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Little daughter of Thomas Little a pair of Fine Flaxen sheets to be given her at my wifes death or marriage or sooner if my Executrix pleaseth Ito I give and bequeath Richard Little of Norton tenn pounds to be paid him at my wives death or marriage which shall first happen Ito all the rest of my goods and chattells I give and bequeath unto Mary my beloved wife whom I make whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and doe desire my kinsman Henry Little and Thomas Little to be kind and assisting to my wife In testimony whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and seale this tenth day of Aprill Anno Dmi 1697 Joseph Bradford Sealed and published in the presence of Eliz: Pinnock Richard Pinnock William Buckley Memorandum the Date of his will was altered to the tenth of Aprill ninety seven by the order of Joseph Bradford and sealed and delivered anew by him in the presence of Elizab: Pinnock Richard Pinnock Will Buckley Probate granted at London to "Maria Kent als Bradford Relictæ et Executoris" 5 December 1698 |
