In the name of god Amen in the yere of our lorde god 1573 and in the xxvij daye of September I Jhon Byshope of the prishe of Derehurst in the county of Glocr husbandman beyng sycke in body / but in good and perfect memory I geve laude and preayse unto allmychty god my maker & Redemer / do make my last wyll and testament in maner and forme folowyng / fyrst I elld my soule in to the mersyfull hands of allmychty god and my body to be bured in the churche yard of Derehurst

It I geve and bequeth to Thomas Byshope my soņe my best Rament and on shepe and on corne wayne and ij plowes strynges and a hyche and on brase pot and a pere of sheets and a canvas / It I geve and bequeth to Margered my doughter on shepe and on pan of Red brase and a pere of sheets It I geve and bequeth to Allec my Doughter on flock bed and a canvas It I geve and bequeth to Mary my Doughter on shepe and on pere of flacsone sheets and on Dubble canvas and on brase pane and on coverled / It I geve and bequeth to Joane my doughter on shepe and on brase pan and on flocbed on boster on pere of flacson sheets and a coverled It I geve & bequeth to the pore manes boxe xijd and my chydren to have there legases at the Daye of there marege or at the Decesse of there mother by even porsyon / and if aney of my chyldren Dey befor the have Reseved there legases that then I bequeth his part or her part of them so Decessyng to the other of them that be Aleyve by Even porsyon It all my goods and cattell moveable and unmoveable not be quethyd I Do geve to Joane Byshope my wyffe whome I Do make my holle Exsecutryx It I Do put in truste to be overseer of this my last wyll and testament Thomas Byshope and Thomas Burton
