In the name of god Amen the eyght daie of September in Año Dom 1611 I Alice Pickesley of Wightfield in the parishe of Dearehurst and Countie of Glouc widow beinge sick in bodie but of good & prfect remembrance prayse be given to the almightie god for the same doe make my last will & testament in mañer & forme following. First and principallie I bequeathe my soule to Allmightie god my Creator hopinge by the death and passion of Jesus Christ his deare sonne & my Redeemer to be saved and my body to be buried in Cristian burial and as Concerninge the disposecon of my Temporall goodes First I give & bequeath to my Cosine Thomas Flowcke the sonne of Willm Flowcke my best pott and my best panne one paier of cobbernes and my biggest brotch and my younge mare Itm I geve my cosin Margeret Flowck the wief of the said Willm Flowcke my best gowne my best hate & my best Aperne, Itm I geve And bequeath to Anne Jacksons the wief of John Jacksons my best peticott and my best smock peticott & my best wastcott & the one haulfe of my weavinge ------ Itm I geve and bequeath to Anne Grindell the wief of Henrie Grindell my second best hote & second best peticott one Chirne one buckinge Coule & too bekeles Itm I geve and bequeath to Willm Jacksons the sonne of John Jacksons Fortie shillings of lawfull money of England and my greate chest to be paied unto him wthin one yeare next after my Decease Itm I geve and bequeath to Ales Jacksons the daughter of John Jacksons one weavinge Caulfe Itm I geve & bequeath to Richard Wodley fortie shillings of money to be paied unto him wthin one yere next after my Decease and alsoe I geve unto him one table bord with the Frame thereto and all the Iorn wares & tooles aboute the howse & abarell Alsoe I geve & bequeath unto the said Richard Wodley my Bead wth the beadsted and all the Clothes thereunto belonginge wth the --------------- he the said Wodley unto lyeth in & alsoe I geve unto him --------- Item I geve & bequethe to Ales Flowck the daughter of Willm Flowck thelder one pewter platter Item I geve & bequeath to Anne Flock the daughter of Edmond Flock my godchild one platter Itm I geve & bequeath to Margerett Heynes the daughter of John Heynes my godchild one platter Itm I geve & bequeath to all the rest of my godchildren twelve pence a peece to be paied to them by my executor wthin one yeare next after my decease Itm I geve & bequeath to Thomas Pickesley the sonne of Willm Pickesley my Furnace & one store pigge Itm I geve & bequeath to Richard Pickesley my Cubberd lyeinge in the haule & my greate Chest lyeing in upperLofte my mault myle wth two pipes or vessells and the palles belonginge to the garden Itm I geve to Grace Pickesley my second best gowne two of my worst wastcotts & my owld peticott & two of my worst smocks Itm I geve unto Johane Flowcke her servant two lynen aperns Itm I geve unto John Howleder my servannt twelve pence Itm I geve & bequeath Johane Bower the daughter of Robert Bower one paier of Flaxen sheetes & my warmeinge panne and three chargers of pewter & abrason Candellsticke All the Rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable unbequathed I geve & bequeath unto my Brother Richard Coxe whome I doe make my executor of this my last will and testament And I doe appointe my welbeloved Phillip Waters & Willm Flowcke my overseers of this my last will & testament to see the same prformed accordinglie And I doe geve unto my said overseers two shillinge apeece Itm I geve unto the repacons of the Church of Dyerhurst tenne shillings Itm I geve to the poore of the prish of Derehurst Tenn shillings In witness whereof I have putte my hande hereunto the daye and yeare First above written in the prsense of Phillipp Waters William Floucke and Richard Pickesley
