In the name of God Amen The xxvth day of January 1674 I William Flucke of Deerehurst Wallton in the parish of Deerehurst in the countie of Glosters husbandman sike in body butt of good and perfect memory thankes be to Allmighty God doe make and ordayne my last will and testament in manner and forme following that is to say first I commit my soule into the hands of god my maker hoping assuredly through the merrits of Jesus Chrust my saviour to be made partaker of life everlasting and I committ my body to the earth whence it came Item I give to Joshep Flucke my eldest sonne the three mares and the gellding in the stable att home and the geares belonging to them and the best dungcart and best weeles but hee is not to departe from his mother under seavene years excpet shee marry with another man All the rest of my Goods and Cattels I give to my wife and the rest of my children making my wife whole Executrix but If shee marry with Another man that then the rest of the children shall have all the Goods divided between them equially And I doe appointe John Lade and Thomas Cox to be overseers of this my last will and testament in witnnes hereof I have set my hand and seale |
