William Flowke of Wightfylde in the pishe of Deerhurst and the
Countie of glouc yeoman sicke in bodie but of good and pfecte memorie
laud and prayse be given unto god doe make and ordayne
this my last will and testament in manner and forme following
That ys to saie: Fyrst I comend my soule into the hands of almighty God my
maker hoopeinge assuredlie through the meritts of Jesus Christ
my Savioure to be made partaker of life everlasting and I commend
my bodie to the yearth whereof yt was made Ite I give and
beqeath to my daughter Elizabeth my beste pott & my ………….
Biggeste kettell and the beste pewter dish: Ite I give and
bequeath to my daughter Johan Twentye pounds in money to be
to be paid wthin one yeare after my decesse and one pott and
one kettell & my beste boulster and one payre of sheetes: Ite
all the reste of my goods and cattell moveable & unmoveable
ungiven & unbequeathed my detts and legacies paid my funerall
expenses discharged I give & bequeath unto Thomas Flowke
my sonne whome I doe make my whole exceutor of this my
last will and testament: And further I doe apoynte my
wellbeloved frends in Christe Edmond Flowke Thomas Greenway
and Thomas Houlder to be my overseers to se this my laste
will and testament executed & done accordinglie and for
theire paynes taken I doe give tothem xijd a peece
