The name of god Amen the twenty second day of Februarie and in the year of our Lord 1676 I Thomas Flucke of apperley and parish of derehurst and county of Glouc yeoman doe make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testement in manner and forme Following First I give and bequeath my soul into the hands of allmighty god my maker and my body to the Earth from whence it was taken Ite I give unto my son Isac Flucke my mustmill and the piassend[?] cuberd in the chamber above and a feather bedsteed below paying five pounds of lawfull money of England to his sister Mari within two years after his mothers disess Ite I give unto my son Jacob that house and backsid wherein James Watts now liveth to him and his heirs for ever mot Entering to it till seaven years after his mothers decass and my will is of my son Jacob shall die without heirs before those years aforementioned then my brother in law Walter Gardener shall injoy that house and backsid seaven years to make him sattisfaction for the money hee is bound for which then it shall Remaine to my daughter Mari and her heires for ever: but if my son Jacob doe pay to his unkle Walter Gardener the sum of ten pounds then he shall injoy the house and backsid aforementioned presently after his mothers decesse otherwis it shall Remaine to the said Walter Gardener seaven years All the Reste of my foods and cattell I give to my loving wif Also whom I make Executrix of this my last will and testement: and I apoint and ordaine my wellbeloved friends Walter Gardener and Giles Hom[?] overseers in trust of this my last will and testement Revoking all other wils and testements in witnes whereof I hereunto have put my hand and seal Wittnes |
