In The Name of God Amen I Thomas Fluck of Stoke Orchard in the Parish of Bishoppes Cleeve in the County Gloucr yeoman doe make my last Will and Testament the One and Thirtyeth day of October Anno domini 1719 Imprs I give unto Mary my loveing Wife one annuity or yearly rent charge of five and twenty shillings pr annum to be issuing and payable out of my Messuage and land in Stoke Orchard for and during the terme of her naturall life cleare of all Taxes and payments and I doe alsoe give unto my sayd wife the dwelling in my house during her life and I alsoe give unto my son in law Edward Little one shilling Item all other my Goods Chattels and Cattle I give unto my beloved Kinsman Londownr Nathaniell Myle of the Parish of St Martins Tallow Chandler and I alsoe give to the sayd Nathaniell Myle and to his heyres forever all that my messuage Lands and Tenements and hereditaments lying in Stoke Orchard aforesayd To hold him the sayd Nathaniell Myle and to heyres Upon Trust and confidence in him to be kind to my sayd wife and my daughter Mary Little during their lives and I give all the rest of my Rights and Creditts whatsoever to him the sayd Nathaniell Myle and make him sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revokeing and making void all former Wills by me heretofore made In witnesse whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written
