| In the Name of god Amen I Susanna Fluck of the Parish
of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucr Widow being in perfect memory
(thanks be to God) but considering the uncertainty of my Life doe make this
my last Will & Testament in mañer following (that is to say) First
I bequeath my Soul to Allmighty God my creator in hopes of Salvation by the
alone meritts of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ And my Body to
the Earth from whence it came to be decently buryed at the discretion of
my Executrix hereafter named And as for my worldy Estate which God hath blessed
me with I dispose as followes First I give devise and bequeath unto my grand
daughter Elizabeth Tully her Heires and Assignes for ever All those
mt Three Acres of Land lying at Bricklehampton in the county of Worcester
And alsoe my two Herdiataments or parcells of Meadow in Norton Meadow in
the parish of Breedon in the county of Worcester And all other my Lands Tenements
and Herdiataments with the appurtenances in Bricklehampton and Norton aforesaid
Alsoe I give to Susanna the wife of Thomas Cox the severall
Goods and Linnen hereafter mentioned (that is to say) one feather Bed being
in my Chamber over the Hall and the Curtains and Vallens thereunto belonging
and the Bolster and Pillows one pair of Blanketts and my redd and green Coverlid
and the Bedstead Matt and Cord and the Press in the little chamber and six
yellow chaires and my brass Pan which came from the lower House and my great
Boyler and my biggest Spitt except one and two of my large dishes of Pewter
and four of my lesser sort of pewter dishes and two paire of my hempen sheets
and one Pillowbear and one dozen of Flaxen Napkins and on Flaxen table Cloth
Alsoe I give unto my Son in Law Arthur Tully two shillings and sixpence
And I give into my grandson Arthur Tully the summe of twenty shillings
of lawfull money And to my Cozen Mary Clarke five shillings And to
my Kinsman Edmund Etheridge the son of Thomas Etheridge the
summe of five pounds of lawfull money And I give unto Jacob Wintle's two
children which he had be his first Wife five shillings a peece And to Dennis
Ireland Ten shillings And to Ann Weaver five shillings All which
Legacies I appoint to be paid within twelve months after my decease And to
the Poor of Apperly twenty shillings Alsoe I give to my daughter Sarah
Tully all my weareing Apparrell of all sorts whatsoever All the rest
and residue of my Goods cattle chattells and personal Estate whatsoever I
give unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Tully whom I appoint sole Executrix
of this my Will And I desire my loveing Friends John Fluck and William
Dipper to take care of the due performance of this my Will to whom I
give Twenty shillings a peece for their trouble and as a Token of my Love
Hereby revokeing all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said
Susanna Fluck have hereunto putt my hand and seale this Sexteenth
day of March in the Third year of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lady Queen
Ann over England etc Anno Dni One Thousand Seven hundred and three the
marke of Susanna Flucke widd Sealed signed and published by the said
Susanna Fluck the Erasures above being first made in the presence
of John Cooke Samuel Jacksons Thomas Hampton John Fluke Probate granted at London 7 September 1705 to "Elizabethæ
