In the name of God Amen The sixteenth day of Maie Anno Dom 1634 Et Anno Regni Regis Caroli &c decimo I Mawd Flucke of Wightfield in the parish of Dearehurst & County of Glouc widdow being aged & weake & consideringe the uncertainty of life doe make & ordaine this my last Will & Testament in manner & forme followinge. First I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker, assuredly hopinge for salvatron by the alone meritts of Jesus Christ my Redeemer & my body I commend to the earth whence it was taken, exspectinge the resurrection there of at the last day. And for my worldly goods I this dispose of them. I give to M^r Robert Huntington our Curate v^s. It I give to my sonne John Flucke & his children ij^s vj^d a piece. It I give to my daughter Ales Stollard & to her sonne Richard ij^s vj^d a piece. It I give to my sonne Thomas Flucke fourty shillings. It I give to my sonne George Flucke fourty shillings. It I give to John Wattkins ij^s. All the rest of my goods cattells & chattells moveable & unmoveable whether deade yeare or otherwise I give unto my two daughters Elizabeth & Joane Flucke to be devided betqixt them by equall porcions, making & constitutinge the sayd Elizabeth Flucke & Joane Flucke joynt Executrixes of this my last Will, w^ch further is, that so soone as they shall have received all my goods as shall arrive unto them by vertue of this my last Will & pay all such debts & legacies as are due by them to be payd they seal unto each other a generall release. And that all contention & suit in law may be avoyded I entreat my friend M^r Huntington & my sonnes John & Thomas Flucke to be Overseers of this my last will. Wherin if anythinge shall seeme doubtfull, they or the major part of them to arbitrate the same & all Legators to stand to their arbtrement. In witnesse whereof I have tothis my last will & testament putt mine hand & seal the day & yeare first above written
