In the name of God Amen the seventh day of October in the yeare of our Lord God according to the stile of England one Thousand Six hundred Sixty and fourr I Margery Flucke of Wightfield in the parish of Dearhurst and County of Gloucester widow having had weakness of body upon me And not knowing how soone God may be pleased to send …….. to the taking away of my life doe whiles memory and ability of body serveth make and ordayne this my last will and Testament in manner following First I commend my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker resting on the alone merryts of Jesus Christ my redeemer for salvation And my body I commend to the earth ehence it was taken And for my worldly goods I thus dispose of them Item I give unto Jone Francombe my daughter Tenne pounds in gold And I give unto William Franckombe my grandchild one pound in gold Item I give unto Edward Staunton my grandchild one pound in gold Item I give unto William Sevell my kinsman one pound in gold Item I give unto Hannah Sevell my grandchild one pound in gold Item I give unto Sarah Sevell Eldest daughter of Hannah Sevell twoe pounds in gold And I give unto Jonathan Beale my grandchild one pound in gold Item my will is that all these Ligacies before mencionned by me given To be paid within six months after my decease Item I give unto Jonathan Franckombe my grandchild one hundred pounds Item I give unto Joane Franckombe my grandchild Fifty pounds Item I give unto Mary Beale my grandchild fifty pounds Item I give unto Elizabeth Higgs my grandchild fiftie pounds Item I give unto Rebecca Higgs my grandchild fiftie pounds Item my will is that all these Legacies before mencionned by me given to be paid when they shall severally attayne to the age of Eighteene years Item I give unto Thomas Church my kinsman Three pounds Item I give unto Margarett Terrett my kinswoman Three pounds Item I give unto Joseph Beasy my kinsman forty shillings Item I give unto Jone Steevens[?] my kinswoman forty shillings Item I give unto Robert Wells my kinsman Tenne shillings Item I give unto the servant mayd five shillings that shall live with mee at the tyme of my departure Item I give unto Eddy Flucke my kinswoman five shillings Item I give to the poore of the parish forty shillings to bee distributed amongst them according to the discrecion of my executor and overseers at that tyme Item my will is That all these guifts by me given should be paid within one yeare after my decease All the rest of my goods cattells and chattells undisposed by mee in my life tyme I give unto my sonne John Flucke my debts being paid and my funerall Expenses discharged And I doe make constitute and appoynt my sonne John Flucke sole executor of this my last will and Testament Intreating my loving friends and kinsmen Edward Staunton and William Sevell to be overseers hereof In witness whereof I have herunto put my hand & seale The day and yeare first above written Item I give unto Samuell Sevell The sonne of William Sevell one pound in Gold To be paid within six months after my decease Item my further will is to give unto Jonathan Beale my kinsman Thirty pounds to be paid within one yeare after my decease The marke of Margery Flucke Sealed and delivered in the presence of William Fisher Giles Hawker Edward Staunton William Sevell Hannah Sevell
