In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Fluck the Elder of the Tithing and Parish of Westbury upon Severne in the County of Gloucester Yeoman make this my last Will and Testament herby revoking all former wills by me made Item I give unto my son Joseph Fluck Two Pieces of Ground lying be Wallmore and half an Acre of Meadow Ground lying at Holsteads Leage in the said Parish of Westbury upon Severne in the said County of Gloucester I Give and Bequeath unto my Two Daughters Elizabeth Bennett and Mary Browning Ten Pounds each to be paid by my son Joseph Fluck out of the aforesaid Lands within Twelve Months after my Decease Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Maria the Wife of Charles Lewis Wallmore’s Orchard Windmill Hill and Shaws Acre containing by Estimation about Twelve Acres be the same more or less To Hold to my said Daughter Maria and the Issue of her Body lawfully Issuing and in failure of such Issue or in case such issue shall not attain the age of Twenty One years Then and in such Case I give and devise the Remainder of the said last mentioned Lands and Premises unto my daughters Elizabeth Mary Rosanna and Jemima and to their Heirs for ever share and share alike Item I give and bequeath unto my Two Grand daughters Mary and Elizabeth Browning Forty pounds each and to my Grandson Thomas Browning I give Twenty pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Mary Bennett Fifty pounds to be paid by my son Joseph Fluck to the several Legatees within Twelve Months after my Decease And I do hereby charge the Six Acres of Land inclosed from Broad Field and the Two Acres of Land I have be Exchange with Richard Hook with the payment of the said last mentioned Two Legacies Item I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Rosanna All that Messuage or New Built House and Garden at Westbury (after my Decease) lately bought of Mr William Edwards of Shurdington Gloucestershire and her heirs lawfully begotten or to be begotten and in case such heirs shall not attain to the Age of Twenty One years Then and in such Cases I give and devise the last mentioned House and Garden unto my Daughters Elizabeth Mary Maria and Jemima and to their Heirs for ever share and share alike I give and devise unto my Daughter Rosanna the Settle Clock and Jack and all the little material Goods which I am possessed or in my House at Westbury Item all the Rest of my Personal Estate after paying my Debts and Funeral Expences I give to my Son Joseph Fluck whom I do hereby appoint sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal this Sixth Day of June One thousand seven hundred and seventy four Joseph Fluck Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Joseph Fluck the Elder as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of Us who in his presence have subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto Edward Harrison – Toby Cowles – Joseph Stephens
