This is the last Will and Testament of me John Fluck of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Gardener whereby subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments Household Furniture Goods Chattels and Effects and all other my Real Chattel Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Mary Fluck her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all former or other Wills by me at any time made declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the sixth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty five. |

Signed and declared by the within named John Fluck the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the prescence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses |

I John Fluck of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Gardener do declare this to be a Codicil to my last Will and Testament duly executed by me and bearing date the sixth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty five I give and bequeath to my Daughter in Law Margarett Hall the wife of Edwin hall of Cheltenham aforesaid Butcher the sum of one hundred pounds sterling to be paid to her within twelve months next after my decease I give and bequeath unto my Grandson in Law Charles Matthews the sum of one hundred pounds sterling to be paid to him on his attaining his age of Twenty one years. I give and bequeath unto my Cousins Joseph Burroughs Ann Burroughs and William Burroughs the sum of Ten pound sterling apiece to be paid to them respectively within twelve months next after my decease And hereby ratifying and confirming my said Will in all and other particulars thereof I the said John Fluck have to this Codicil set my hand this twentieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five. Signed and declared by the said Testator John Fluck as and for his a Codicil to be annexed to and taken part of his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses |
