In the Name of God Amen I John Fluck of ye parish of Westbury In The County of Gloucester Yeo: being of sound & perfect mind & memory Thanks be to God doe make & ordaine This my Last will & Testament in manner following vizt First & principally I commend my Soul Into ye hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping Thro The merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ to obtaine remission of all my Sins And my body to ye earth To be decently Intered att ye discretion of my Executor here in after named And as for such worldly Estate as God hath blessed me wth I dispose Thereof as followeth Item I give and bequeath To my beloved wife one dwellinghouse or Tenemt Situate Lying and being in ye parish of Longhope where Joan Morwents now dwells and also one house and orchard on The parish of Longhope called or known by ye name of The Nap House ffor and dureing The Terme of her naturall Life and one Third parte of my household goods being Equally divided into Three parts and one horse called Robin and The Duke Cott Item I give to my Eldest Son John That house and Free Land called ye Closs & Crowding Situate Lying & being in ye parish of Westbury and in the Tything of Northwood and also one acre of Land called by ye name of Champeny Situate Lying & being in ye parish of Westbury and in the Tything of upper Lay and two of my best Suit of wearing apparell Item I Give to my son Joseph my Free Land called or known by ye name of Great Edwards Crate and Little Edwards Crate which I purchased of Joseph Young Situate Lying & being in The parish of Westbury and Tything of Northwood & to his heires for Ever ye said Joseph paying ye sume of forty pounds principall & Interest belonging to ye same which I owe to David Allen upon Bond item I give to my son Henry my houses and land att hope after the decease of my wife & to his heires for Ever and that parte of the goods which I gave to my wife for her life I also give to my son Henry after her decease Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Harper the sume of forty pounds to be paid att three years after my Decease by my Executor Item I give to my kinswoman Jone Fluck all her goods and forty pounds in mony If she will be satisfied with the same if not My Executor to ballance accts with her Item all the Rest and residue of my goods Cattle Chattles and all other my personall Estate and the house where I now Live & the Land Thereto belonging containing about Twelve acres & ye Lease Land which I hold under Anthony Kemp Esqr & Ready Mony of what nature soever I give and bequeath unto my son James and I do hereby make ordaine Constitute and appoint my son James Sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me In witness whereof have hereunto sett my hand and seal this the second day of Aprill 1726
