Elner Fluck of Deerhurst, widow

In The Name of God Amen I Elner Fluck of the Parish of Deerhurst in the county of Glocester widow being sick of body butt of perfect memory thanks be Given to God for it doth make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament this first day of May one thousand seven hundred forty and three in manner and form as followth

First I Give and bequeath my soul to Allmighty God that Gave it and my body to the yearth to be decently buried by my the discreshon of John Fluck of Norton and Judeth Hancock of the Lye and I Doe Give to the said John Fluck and Judeth Hancock ten pounds to be laid out upon my funeral as for the rest of my worldy goods as God hath been pleasd to lend me I give as followeth

Imprimis I Give and bequeath Robert Morris and John Morris of Southwick in the Parish of Tewksbury one guinen apece to be paid them within a year and a day after my decace and for John Morish who is not of age his father Robert Morriss Recite shall be a discharge Allso I Give and bequeath to Judeth Hancock the Alder a giney in money and a peer of sarge that is on my Hows Allso I Give to my God daughter Judeth Hancock half a ginney and my best sarge peticote marked with Red and blew Allso I Give and bequeath to my brother in law John Fluck one Giney to be paid within a yeare after my deces Allso I Give and bequeath to Robert Morris my thick cheese vate Allso I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Howel the sum of ten pounds Allso it is my desier that my Exsequetor will pay all my Debts first of all the morgege that is one my astate at Norton and then all other and then next after that I do like wise order that thay shall pay as soon as may be the mortgage that is upon my son William Flucks Estate at Down Hatherly Allso I Give to my Daughter Mary Howel one bead and boulster one blancote a paier of sheets and A bead steed Allso I Give and bequeath all my waring Aparell to my two Daughters and to be devided Equelly between them by Robert Morris and Judeth Hancock Allso I Give and bequeath to my son Thomas Fluck my best bead one blancote one paire of sheets one boulster and a bedsted and my Green coverlid and to be kept by Charles Hawker till he shall com into the contry Allso I Give to my son Thomas Fluck my Grate Cettele and I Give him my tw biges largest dishes of peweter and six of my larges best plats and his coffur Allso I Give and bequeath and Give to my Brother in lawe John Fluck one bead Dewering his life and after his deseas to William Fluck Allso I Give and bequeath to my son William Fluck two dishes of pewter and a lille bras pot Allso I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann my Grate brass boiller allso I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Howel my chest and brass pan and on little kettel Allso I Give to my son Thomas Fluck my Roun table Allso I Give to my daughter Mary Howel one long table and for all the Rest of my Goods I Give to my four children to be equely devided at the Discretion of my Excsequetors Allso I Give to my son Thomas Fluck all of my free Hold land at Norton to him and his haiers for Ever Allso I doe Atharise my Excsequetors to make sale of all my cows and horses wagons and carts and harrows and Graine of All sorts and like wise to Receive all my money that us dew to me to pay all my Debts and funerall charge and that thair charges shall be alowd out of the same and all the overplush that is more then will pay my debts and funeral charg shall be Equelly devided betwn my four children and I do order and a point Robert Marston and William Marshal and Charles Hawker to be Excsequetors of this my last will and testemen
