In the Name of God Amen I Edward Fluck of Apperly in the Parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Yeoman do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Imprs I Give Devise and Bequeath to my Wife Elizabeth Fluck the summe of six pounds a Year to be paid her Quarterly during her naturall life out of my Estate herein after Devised to my son Edmund Fluck which said summe is in lieu of her Thirds Also I Give unto my said Wife five Dishes of Pewter one Warming pan One frying pan, One pail. One Cowl, One Milk Kettle, One Dish Kettle, One Great Kettle, One Bellmettle Pott: Two Bedsteads that were my Unkles with the Beds Coverings and furniture thereunto belonging One Barrell, One half Barrell and all my little Vessels To have and to hold the Goods above mentioned unto my said Wife for and during her naturall life and after her Decease I Give and Bequeath all the above mentioned goods to my Grandson Edward Fluck for Ever, Also I Give Devise and Bequeath to my said Wife the Room over the Kitching for her use during the Term of her naturall life and Also One Barrell and half of Clean Cyder every Year to be given her by my son Edmund during her naturall life and all the bees and honey that that shall be found at my Decease Also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Son William Fluck All that Messuage or Tenement with the Apurtenances thereunto belonging situate and being in Apperly aforesaid wherein he now Dwelleth called by the name of Dowels To have and to hold the same to him and his Assigns for and during his naturall life and after his Decease I Give and Devise the same to the Heir Male of his body begotten or to be begotten And for Want or in Default of such issue his Heirs Female and for Want of Such to my Right heirs for ever Also I Give and bequeath unto my said son William my New Kettle I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Fluck ten shillings to be paid by my Executor within one year after my Decease also I Give and bequeath to my said Daughter Sarah One Old Great Kettle the Bed and Bedstead whereon she usually lyeth with the Covering and furniture thereunto belonging and two Pewter Dishes I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson Edward Fluck my Cyder Mill with everything belonging thereunto and my six best Hogsheads he permitting his father to have sole use of them During his naturall life Also I give and bequeath to my Brother John Fluck my son in law John Townsend my son in law John Newman and Elizabeth his Wife One Shilling Each Also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Son Edmund Fluck all that Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate and being in Apperly aforesaid wherein I now dwelleth To have and to hold the same to him heirs and assigns for Ever Subject to and Chargeable with the above mentioned legacys And all the rest and Residue of my Goods Chattles personal Estate and Effects whatsoever I Give and Bequeath unto my son Edmund Fluck Who I doe make Sole Executor of this my last Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me Made do Declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have sett my hand and seal this four and twentieth day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty six |
