Edward Fluck the Elder
of Whitfield in the parish of Deerhurst, yeoman 

In the name of God Amen I Edward Fluck the Elder of Whitfield in the parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester yeoman being Infirme of body but of sound and perfect memory thanks be to God for the same doth make & ordain this my Last will & testament for the setting and disposing of my worldly Estate After my deces First I devise and Bequeath unto Edward Fluck son of my nephew Edward Fluck All my messages Lands Tenements whatsoever with their and every of their Appurtenances situate lying and being in the parish of Deerhurst Aforesaid or Elsewhere In the said County of Glocister To him the said Edward Fluck and his Airs for ever Lawfully begotten of his body and for want of such Airs to the rite Airs next to me the said Edward Fluck so But I dow order and Appoynt Edward Fluck to pay All debts Legassies and funerall Expenses being my Intended Executor hear after mentioned Itm I give unto Sarah Terrat wife of William Terrat of Tuxsbury the sum of seventeen pound to be paid In on year After my decase Itm I give unto Elizabeth Flucke of Cheltenham the sum of Eight pound To be paid In on year After my decase Itm I give and bequeath unto Mary the wife of George Barkdall of Winchcomb Tenn pound to be paid In on year After my decase Itm I give unto Steeven Mitton sun of Steeven Mitton of Cheltenham Tenn pounds To be paid In on year After my decase Itm I give to Edward Sutton the sun of John Sutton four pounds to be paid as Aforesaid Itm I give my kinswoman Ann Gist the sum of Tenn pound to be paid as Aforesaid Itm I give unto Thomas Leech Shusann Leech And Mary Leech sunn and daughters of Thomas Leech of Cheltenham the sum of six pound Thurteen shillins four pence A peec to be paid within on wholl year After my decees Itm I give unto John Flucke sunn of Edward Flucke my nephew Tenn pounds and five pounds to bind him An Aprentis The Tenn pound to be paid At Age or when he is out of his prentis ship Itm I give to Ann Flucke and Sarah Flucke sisters to the said John Flucke and Edward Flucke whome I make my Aire and Exekitor Tenn pounds a peec And Elizabeth Flucke their sister fifteen pound All of them to be paid in on year after my decase Itm I give Ann Flucke widd The mother of Edward Flucke Twenty shillins Itm I give Elizabeth wife of Edward Flucke And Elizabeth their daughter A giny A peec Itm I give Sarah Terat my worst silver spune that is the daughter of William Terate And I give my best silver spune to Elizabeth the daughter of Edward Flucke and Elizabeth his wife Itm I dow nominat and Appoint my two frinds John Flucke and William Dipper to be over seers of this my last will and Testament And for their Cares I give them five shillins A peec And All the rest of my goodes Cattall and Chattells I give to Edmund Fluck my kinsman whome I have made my Air I make him my wholl And sole Exekitor of this my last will and Testament desiring him to bury me decently And have A funerals sermon In Testimony where of I have put my hand and sall this Twenty seventh day of September on Thousand seven hunderd & six
