This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Fluck of Apperley in the Parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Yeoman – First I direct and order all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses to be paid by my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named – I give and devise unto my dear Wife Hannah Fluck for and during the Term of her natural Life All that Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground called Snell’s Patch which I lately purchased of Powel Snell Esquire situate lying and being in Apperley and the Parish of Deerhurst aforesaid and surrounded by the Estate devised to my said Wife for her Life by the will of her Father Thomas Evenis deceased And from and after the Decease of my said Wife I give and devise the said Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground unto my son John Fluck his Heirs and Assigns for ever (he being Devisee of the said Estate surrounding it after the Death of my said Wife under the said Will of the said Thomas Evenis) Subject nevertheless and charged and chargeable with the Payment of the Sum of Twenty Pounds to my Son Thomas Fluck within Twelve Months next after the decease of my said Wife with the Payment of which said Sum of Twenty Pounds I hereby charge the said Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground accordingly – Also I give devise and bequeath unto my said Wife for and during the Term of her natural Life All that my copyholds Estate called Evenis’s Close situate lying and being in Apperley and within the Manor and Parish of Deerhurst aforesaid And from and after her Decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Son William his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during such Term Estate and Interest which I may Have therein at the time of my Death - Also I give and bequeath to my Son Charles the Cyder-Mill on my Copyhold Estate situate within the Manor of Deerhurst aforesaid called The Oak and which Estate my said Son Charles will become entitled to after my Decease for the Term of his Life – And all the rest residue and remainder of my real Estate and also the Occupation Use and Enjoyment of all other my Personal Estate whatsoever I give devise and bequeath to my said Wife during the Term of her natural Life And from and immediately after her Decease I give devise and bequeath All such residue of my real and Personal Estate unto my son Lawrence Fluck and my Daughter Mary Fluck their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever equally to be divided between them – And lastly I hereby appoint my said Wife and my said Son and Daughter Lawrence Fluck and Mary Fluck Executor and Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Fifth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and five. Signed sealed published and declared by the said Charles Fluck the Testator as and for his last Will and testament in the Presence of us who at his request in his Presence and in the Presence of each other have hereto subscribed our Names as Witnesses |
